This Privacy Policy explains how PT. Shelter Indonesia Gemilang ("Company", "We", "Us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the Shelter+ mobile application ("Service").

Shelter+ is a unified reporting platform that integrates data from multiple internal operational applications — including HRIS, SHELIA, ShelterGuard, SellGo, and Casual/KerjaHariIni — into a single dashboard. Shelter+ itself does not independently operate these systems; it aggregates and displays reporting data sourced from each respective application for management and monitoring purposes.

Data Retention

Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill attendance, operational, and legal requirements. CCTV recordings are overwritten automatically after 90 days. Employment and payroll records are retained for up to 10 years in accordance with labor regulations.


Privacy Policy Addendum: Face Data

1. What face data does the app collect?

The application collects facial images captured during attendance check-in and check-out, and generates a facial embedding for identity matching and liveness detection. We do not collect or store biometric identifiers such as retina scans or fingerprints.

2. How is face data used?

Face data is used exclusively to verify the identity of the user during attendance and to prevent impersonation or fraudulent attendance. It is also used for security area monitoring via CCTV integrated with the HRIS and ShelterGuard modules.

3. Is face data shared with third parties?

No. Face data is never shared with third parties and is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing purposes.

4. Where is face data stored?

Face data is encrypted and stored on secure private servers operated by the Company and located in Indonesia.

5. How long is face data retained?

Face data is retained only while the user remains an active employee. Upon account deletion or termination of employment, all face data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. To submit a request:

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Employment records required by law will be retained separately and will no longer be accessible to the deleted account.


Children's Privacy
